Clarkstown Boxing
This program is designed to introduce participants to the fundamentals of boxing in a supportive and engaging environment. Through a mix of drills, technique work, and conditioning exercises, participants will learn essential skills such as footwork, proper punching technique, defensive movements, and overall strength and endurance. We provide a class for youth as well as adults
Hudson Valley Christian Academy Fall Multi-Sport Clinic
This multi-sport clinic is designed to teach the basic fundamentals of sports including basketball, soccer, t-ball and more. Grades: PreK-2nd on Tuesdays Sept 16th - Oct 21st from 3:00-4:00pm Grades 3rd-8th grade on Thursdays Sept 18th- Oct 23rd from 3:00-4:00pm

This program is designed to introduce children to the exciting world of Track & Field in a safe, supportive, and enjoyable environment. Throughout this class, participants will learn the essential techniques and skills required for a range of events, including Sprinting, Hurdles, Javelin, Discus, Shot Put, and more.
Mount Kisco Flag Football & Toddler Sports
